TheDopamine is built by a tiny team of people who genuinely love shopping but hate spending money. We built this simulator because we wanted it to exist, and we keep improving it because people like you tell us what to fix and what to build next.
The fastest way to reach us is by email. We read everything, even the rants. Send your bugs, feature requests, partnership inquiries, or just a note telling us what you bought in your fantasy wardrobe today.
For bug reports: tell us what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Include your browser and device type if you can. Screenshots are incredibly helpful and always appreciated.
For feature requests: describe what you want to do and why you want to do it. The why is more important than the what. We are more likely to build things that solve real problems for real users.
For partnerships: if you are a brand, publisher, or creator interested in collaborating, tell us what you have in mind. We are open to editorial partnerships, product features, and co-branded experiences.
We are a small team, so please give us 2-3 business days to respond. If your issue is urgent (the site is broken, you cannot log in, your badges disappeared), put URGENT in the subject line and we will prioritise it. We take the simulator seriously, even if the money is fake.
We are gradually building our presence on social platforms. For now, email is the most reliable way to get a response. As we grow, expect to find us on Instagram and Twitter where we will share product drops, user wardrobe spotlights, and behind-the-scenes stories from building a luxury simulator for fun.
