Here is the short version: TheDopamine is a simulation. When you buy something, it goes straight into your closet, not into a courier van. No box arrives at your door, so there is nothing to send back, nothing to repackage, and no return label to print. Returns are, in the most literal sense, not a thing here.
Every so often we run a “surprise delivery” promo, where a lucky order from your closet is chosen to become a real, physical item, mailed to an actual address. If this ever happens to you, we will let you know by email, with its own delivery instructions, timelines, and yes, its own return process for that item alone.
Outside of that email, every “order” on TheDopamine is fantasy. If you were not contacted about a surprise delivery, assume your order lives happily in your closet and nowhere else.
